In this episode, I compare CBSE, AP exams, A-levels, the international baccalaureate, the French baccalaureate, and the Pakistani and Bangladeshi HSC program. I did do a lot of other research on these programs as well, including the exact subjects and classes offered, and a bunch of other factors, but this video would have exceeded the four minute mark if I included everything. STFIX YOUR HORRIBLE EXAM PERFORMANCE.
In my HSC trials maths exam I didn’t do nearly as well as I wanted to. I was so nervous it was insane.
I knew I could get 100/100 I just sold in exams bc of silly mistakes and nerves.
So I used a fundamental law of psychology. Exposure therapy. I exposed myself to exam conditions for MONTHS before my final HSC exam.
I’m talking school uniform on. Plastic water bottle without the label. Plastic bag pencil case. Even would go to the library and expose myself to unfamiliar environments.
Everyone laughed at me and said I was going overkill. But I was the only one who ended up scoring 100/100 in Advanced Maths and acing the final exam🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
