6 Hours vs 8 Hours of Sleep This Animation Will Make You Think Twice About Your Bedtime… Left side = You, scrolling on your phone late at night with only 6 hours of sleep. Right side = Proper, peaceful 8 hours of deep sleep. Watch the slow, scary transformation: On the left: You start fresh and alert… but as the night goes on, your brain slowly loses that healthy blue glow and turns foggy red. Dark circles start forming under your eyes, your face becomes dull and tired, fine wrinkles appear, and by the end you look visibly older, drained, and straight-up depressed, still glued to your phone. On the right: The moment he closes his eyes and actually sleeps, everything flips. His brain lights up with that powerful healthy blue energy, dark circles completely disappear, wrinkles fade away, his skin starts glowing, and he looks 10 years younger, fresh, and super calm till the very end. This isn’t Hollywood magic, this is literally what’s happening inside your body every single night. Your sleep is the most powerful (and completely free) anti-aging + brain-boosting treatment in the world. Be honest in the comments… How many hours are you actually sleeping? 6 or 8? 👇 Save this reel & tag that friend who always says “5-6 hours is enough for me” 😂 #SleepBetter #8HoursSleep #SleepScience #SleepTips #BetterSleep #BrainHealth #GlowUp #AntiAging #DarkCircles #HealthHack #WellnessJourney #Biohacking #MentalHealth #SelfCare #ViralReel #FYP #LifeChanging #SleepTransformation #HealthFacts #Wellness

Drink (more) hot water. 🔥 💦 Drink it for all seasons, all the time. (Yes even summertime). Make it a habit! ☀️ 💧 CHALLENGE:
But if that’s too much all at once, then try it for 3 days aka 72 hours to SEE how you FEEL. DID YOU KNOW? In 1862, a cholera (acute diarrhea by infection) epidemic broke out in Shanghai, killing up to 3,000 people a day. The south of China, on the other hand, remained untouched by the disease. At the time, Chinese southerners drank more hot water than northerners. This health hack was cemented as the gold standard of traditional Chinese medicine and culture. WHY? Hot water and beverages were seen to rid humidity/dampness from the body, which is another fancy way of saying improving digestion and improving fluid metabolism, so you don’t feel sick and/or bloat. 🤰🏻 MODERN DAY! Any time you go to a Chinese restaurant, you may be served cold water, but you will be served hot as well. Traditional Chinese medicine doctors will ALWAYS advise to drink hot water no matter the severity of the patient’s illness or season. Will you give it a try? Share your thoughts below!🥰 No medical advice, just healthy tips♥️ #digestivehealth #painrelief #stressrelief #chinesemedicine #hotwater #healthhack #biohacking #healthylifestyle

This is SO wrong, @lilsipper  If there’s one thing you can absolutely guarantee, it’s that I can and I will JUDGE this “recipe.”  And your rebrand of milk & beef as “cereal.” And your need to turn wonderful, wholesome, nutritious foods into a bacterial meet-and-greet in a bowl. And the fact that at some point, you took out an iPhone to film this content yet have rejected one of the greatest technological innovations of our time: Pasteurization.  I know, I know— you’re going to tell me that THIS is a whole lot better for your health vs. the Standard American Diet.  Frankly, they both come with massive health risks.  So, no— I’m NOT going to advocate for SAD just as I’m not going to advocate for this raw meatloaf smoothie…  Let’s take a minute to recap:  •This is not a health hack •This is not cereal •This might be tasty (🤨🤔🧐), but not tasty enough to make the ends justify the means •Raw honey is fine (for most) over the age of one •There is NO NUTRITIONAL NEED to AVOID pasteurization of milk. The process may SLIGHTLY lower the amount of heat-sensitive vitamins like B1, B2, & C, but these are abundant in all foods & the difference is negligible. Also, pasteurization does NOTHING to the key components of milk, including protein and calcium, but does GREATLY REDUCE your exposure to things like bird flu– which is a wonderful thing by every measure. PMID: 22054181 If you want to rebrand beef as carnivore cereal & reject pasteurization at all costs– GO FOR IT. Do you! Enjoy! But there’s no need to call it a wellness “game changer” unless the game we’re changing is your ability to eat solids for the foreseeable future (...& that would be one of the BETTER outcomes in this scenario… ☠️) Bottom line: 1️⃣Extremes don’t “work” for better health 2️⃣In fact, THERE IS A MIDDLE GROUND. I suggest you find what that might look like for you by eating more real, whole foods, & cooking (most) of them to safe temperatures. Also, give me a follow & I promise I’ll help you get started, OK? 3️⃣Not everything was meant to be a smoothie…and that’s OK!  Any questions? HEALTH HACK ⬇️ Grilling season is here, and while you may love that smoky flavor of grilled meats, there’s an underlying health concern – the formation of carcinogens; specifically heterocyclic amines (HCAs), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and Advanced Glycation End-Products (AGEs).   These harmful compounds can form when meats are cooked at high temperatures.   HCAs are found in the burned, crispy outside layer of cooked meat. PAHs come from the smoke and fire created by fat dripping on a hot surface. And when proteins and sugars are cooked at high heat and a browning reaction occurs (the Maillard effect), AGEs are produced.   When consumed in large amounts over time, these compounds can contribute to various health issues, including cancer.   However, pairing herbs and marinating your meat before you cook it may help! ROSEMARY: Rosemary not only enhances flavor, it also contains antioxidants that have been shown to reduce the formation of HCAs when meats are cooked. You can add a sprig of rosemary on your grill or use it in a marinade for your meats to help mitigate the risks associated with grilling. Dried or fresh rosemary can be used. OTHER HERBS: If you’re not a fan of rosemary, try other herbs like oregano, thyme, basil, mint and parsley, which are also high in antioxidants. Experts say it can’t eliminate the risk, but it may reduce it by lowering the formation of harmful compounds. MARINATE: Marinating meats with herbs, plus an acid like vinegar or lemon juice may also reduce the formation of carcinogenic compounds. Keep in mind, using marinades high in sugars and oils can actually increase HCAs and PAHs…experts say reserve those marinades for the end, after removing the meat from the grill. Everybody talks about protein…. Half of adults aren’t getting the right amount of fibre and it’s a health hack for fat loss and just general health. If you aren’t getting enough, try swapping carb sources for more fibre dense ones. Look at fruit and veggies with high fibre, raspberries. Snack on things with fibre, I like popcorn and apples. Pears are good. Drop me a follow I post daily fat loss tips here x

Health Hack: You Don’t Need Something New. You Need Something Ancient. Most people are exhausted and overstimulated not because life is harder — but because we’re consuming more than any generation in history. More food. More noise. More media. More distraction. Our ancestors consumed far less — and what they consumed had value. Food was real and pure. Connection was face to face. Time was spent outside, in sunlight, in nature. We don’t need to reinvent health. We need to return to what has worked for thousands of years. Simplify your inputs. Choose quality over quantity. Follow if you’re done with trends and ready for standards.

Calling all my Indian food lovers, gut health and garlic lovers – – if you’re here, you’re probably one of the 3 😉 — you need to know this (relationship and) health hack 💋 Having an apple after a garlic laden meal at something that is not only going to help you with your gut health it’s something that’s going to help you speak closely with ease :-) I absolutely love apples because of their soluble fiber content that feeds good good bacteria. My favorite are Fuji and I have one every single day.
