Homemade Nutella 🌰🍫 SAVE this ✨ I recreated my favourite childhood spread at home using my @vitamix_aunz. It was so quick & easy to make and I couldn’t believe how smooth and decadent it turned out with my Vitamix. If you love chocolate, you need to try this 🤤 Here’s the recipe so you can make it at home for yourself. And I’ve included a nut free option for those who need it. 🤎 Ingredients: 400g blanched hazelnuts* 2 Tbsp neutral oil of choice ½ cup cacao powder ⅓ cup sweetener of choice 1 Tbsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Spread hazelnuts onto a lined baking tray and roast for 8-10 minutes or until golden. 2. Place roasted hazelnuts and oil into the Vitamix container and secure the lid. Start the blender at its lowest speed, then slowly to its highest speed. Blend for 5 minutes, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades. Stop machine and scrape down sides of container halfway through blending if necessary. 3. Once a smooth consistency is reached, add remaining ingredients and secure lid. Start the machine, increase to its highest speed and blend until well combined and completely smooth. Was craving a butter chicken curry so I made it the healthier way 🫶🏻✨ Ingredients • Quinoa • Chicken breasts • Butter chicken spice • Salt • Greek yoghurt • Milk • Cauliflower • Turmeric • Roasted butternut • Baby spinach • Julienned carrots Method 1. Cook quinoa in salted water until fluffy. 2. Roast butternut in the air fryer or oven until tender and lightly caramelised. 3. Pan fry chicken with butter chicken spice and salt until cooked. 4. Mix Greek yoghurt with a splash of milk to make a creamy sauce. 5. Cook cauliflower until tender then season with turmeric and salt. 6. Healthier General Tso's Chicken 🐓🔥 Absolutely love this recipe! Nothing breaded & deep fried, made with cleaner ingredients and far less calories! It's also easy and quick which makes it great for a weeknight dinner or meal prep! 💪🏻 FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS (~4 servings) - ~2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs - Avocado oil - Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder - Avocado oil cooking spray - Sesame seeds (garnish) - Sliced green onions (garnish) - Jasmine rice cooked in chicken bone broth. - ~3 cups steamed broccoli (I used frozen) General Tso's Sauce: - 1 cup chicken bone broth - 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce - 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar - ~1 tbsp ginger paste - ~1.5 tbsp minced garlic - ~3 tbsp hoisin sauce - ~1 tsp red pepper flakes - Salt, pepper & onion powder to taste - 1/4 cup light brown sugar, tightly packed - ~2 tbsp raw cane sugar - ~2 tbsp cornstarch Note(s): Some measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking. Could also sub for chicken breasts if you prefer. DIRECTIONS 1. Add all pf the general tso’s sauce ingredients to a small pot and mix. Bring it to a low boil and continue mixing until the sauce thickens. Should take 3-5 minutes. Once done, set aside. 2. Trim the chicken thighs to your liking then cut them into bite sized cubes. 3. Place the chicken into a large bowl. Drizzle in some avocado oil and season generously with salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder. Mix till well combined. 4. Get a large skillet going over medium-high heat and spray with cooking oil. Add in the chicken and let cook for 10-15 minutes mixing every few minutes until the chicken is crispy and cooked all the way through (largest piece should reach ~175°F internal) 5. Once the chicken is about done, lower the heat and add in the steamed broccoli along with some of the general tso’s sauce. Let cook and continue mixing until the sauce thickens. 6.
