HIGH PROTEIN HSP WITH HOLY TRINITY OF SAUCES ‼️ If you happen to be piss drunk at 3am with access to a full kitchen and hanging out for a macro friendly feed, then I gotchu bro 🫡 Thanks for the great suggestion @tvlah_ Macros 519 Calories 65g Protein 9g Fat 52g Carbs Ingredients - 170g chicken sliced (raw weight) - Chicken Marinade: o   Greek yoghurt o   Paprika o   Onion Powder o   Garlic Powder o   Italian herbs o   Salt o   Pepper   - 400g Spud Light Potatoes (raw) o   1 tsp vinegar o   Chicken salt o   Pepper o   Smoked paprika - 35g Low fat garlic yoghurt o   Minced garlic o   Lemon juice o   Parsley Flakes -       30g light Mozzarella -       25g Sriracha -       20g BBQ Sauce (Sweet baby rays)   Method: 1.     Cut potatoes into fry shape and boil in water and 1tsp of vinegar until soft (boil for as long as you dare, the softer the chip the better… just be sure they’re intact) 2.     Pat chips dry then season with chicken salt, smoked paprika and pepper then air fry for 20 minutes at 200 degrees (or oven 220 for 18 minutes) 3.     Marinade sliced chicken in Greek yoghurt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper 4.     Skewer chicken and cook in oven at 180 for around 40 minutes (this will vary depending on your oven so keep eye on it) 5.     While chickens cooking, add low fat Greek yoghurt, minced garlic, lemon juice and parsley to a bowl and mix for your garlic yoghurt. 6.     Slice or shred chicken into small pieces. 7.     Time for construction! Add chips to serving dish, top with shredded chicken, mozzarella, garlic yoghurt, sriracha and BBQ sauce. High Protein Yogurt Bark 🍦 As you all know I am on my high protein kick. I try to get 120 grams of protein a day which is not as easy as I thought!! I need to keep my protein up so I can build muscle and this is one of the easiest snacks to help me do that. Three ingredients. Super easy. Makes about six servings. Two cups high protein yogurt One cup raspberries Two tablespoons honey Mix the yogurt raspberries and honey in a bowl. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Top with whatever you like. I used One to two tablespoons crushed pistachios A handful of extra raspberries Freeze for at least three hours or until completely firm. Break into pieces and store in the freezer. Cold sweet simple and about twenty grams of protein per serving. #highproteinsnack #protein #yogurtbark

Genuss muss nicht immer viele Kalorien und viel Zucker haben! Der Beweis ist dieser Käsekuchen mit der cremigsten Konsistenz Zutaten: 500g Magerquark 150g Frischkäse light 350g griechischer Joghurt 10% 4 Eier 130g Erythrit + 1 scoop Vanille Chunky. Oder 180g Erythrit 2 Päckchen Vanille Puddingpulver Zubereitung: Den Ofen auf 180 Grad Unter-/Oberhitze vorheizen. Eine Backform (18cm) einfetten oder wie ich mit Backpapier auslegen. Alle Zutaten in einen Mixtopf geben und für 1 Min. verrühren. Dann in die Form geben und 30 Minuten mit Alufolie abgedeckt backen. Danach nochmal 30 Minuten ohne Folie goldbraun backen.
