High Protein Salad Serves 4-5 Salad Ingredients - 1 large cucumber - 600g cherry tomatoes - 2 large capsicum - Large handful parsley - 1 fried onion - 2 tins roast chickpeas - 2 tins roast corn Dressing Ingredients - 5-6 heap tbsp Greek yoghurt - 1 juiced lime - Handful of dill - Swirl of oil olive - Garlic powder - Pepper - Water (to make consistency you want) Instructions - Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, capsicum and parsley and put into a bowl. - Roast the chickpeas and corn in the oven until golden. - Chop the onion and pan fry until cooked. - Once chickpeas, corn and onion are cool, add to the salad. - To make the dressing add all the ingredients to a bowl, adding garlic powder and pepper so preferred seasoning. Mix and add water to thin the mixture to desired consistency. - Add dressing to the salad and mix through. - Enjoy! - #mealprepideas #mealprep #highproteinrecipes #easyrecipes #recipeideas

QUESO COTTAGE CASERO 🧀 Fácil, saludable y delicioso. Si nunca has probado a hacer queso cottage en casa, te lo recomiendo totalmente porque el resultado es espectacular, mucho más natural y con una textura increíble. Además, es una receta perfecta si buscas opciones altas en proteína, ligeras y muy versátiles para desayunos, comidas o cenas. Solo necesitas dos ingredientes: leche entera y zumo de limón. En pocos minutos tendrás un queso fresco casero ideal para acompañar tostadas, ensaladas, bowls o incluso recetas dulces. Ingredientes: 1 litro de leche entera Zumo de medio limón Elaboración: Pon a calentar la leche, antes de que llegue a hervir, baja a fuego bajo, exprime el limón y remueve hasta que veas que se ha separado las proteínas del suero, apaga el fuego y deja reposar durante 15 minutos aproximadamente. Pásalo a un paño con un colador debajo y deja que se cuele el suero durante una hora más o menos o hasta que esté frío por completo. Mash the boiled chickpeas. Add grated paneer, onion, green chillies, ginger, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and besan. Mix well to form a dough. 2. Take large lemon-sized portions and shape them into flat tikkis. 3. Cook on a greased pan on both sides until golden brown and crisp. Sprinkle sesame seeds while cooking. 4. For the dip, add all the dip ingredients to a mixer jar and blend until smooth. 5. For the salad, mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl. 6. Chicken crust hot pockets 🤯🔥 so nostalgic and packed with protein! 1 lb ground chicken 1 tsp salt and garlic powder 1/4 tsp pepper 8 slices pepperoni or turkey pepperoni 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1 tbsp tomato paste 1/4 cup grated Parmesan instructions Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken and spices and mix until fully incorporated. Divide the mixture in half. Place each portion between two sheets of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to flatten into a thin rectangle. On one half of each rectangle, spread a thin layer of tomato paste, then top with pepperoni and shredded cheese. Carefully fold the other half over to create a stuffed pocket, pressing and tucking in the edges to seal. Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese, then transfer to the air fryer. This pizza is healthier than a salad😳🍕 This rolled oats pizza is my latest obsession and honestly..a little controversial, but it might actually be healthier than a salad🐤 It’s nutritious, gluten-free, high in protein— and it actually tastes like real pizza, not “healthy food.” No matter how many pizzas I try from outside, I always end up craving this one. Perfect for a post-workout meal. Save this because you’ll want to make it again and again🫂 ✨recipe and macros✨ 🫓 Grind ½ cup rolled oats, mix with 100g Greek yogurt, pinch of salt & ⅛ tsp baking soda → spread in a greased dish → flatten and bake 12–15 min (180°C). Flip the base. 🍅 In 1 tsp oil, cook 5–6 ground tomatoes + garlic cloves → add oregano, chilli flakes, salt & pepper → optional 2 tbsp tomato paste + basil → cook 15–20 min until thick. 🍕 Spread the sauce on the flipped base → add toppings of your choice → top with 25–30g mozzarella → bake again until cheese melts. Ingredients Chicken:- 140 g chicken breast ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp garlic powder Salt & pepper Juice of ½ lemon Rice:- 100 g cooked rice 1 tbsp chopped coriander Juice of ½ lemon Pinch salt Beans Stir Fry:- 60 g boiled kidney beans 30 g bell peppers (chopped) Salt & pepper Guacamole:- ½ avocado Salt Lemon juice Little drizzle of honey (optional) Other 1 tbsp oil (for cooking) 1 tbsp sour cream (you can use greek yoghurt as well) Method Marinate chicken with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Slice it. In the same pan, quickly stir fry kidney beans and bell peppers with salt and pepper. Mix cooked rice with lemon juice, coriander and salt to make lemon cilantro rice. Mash avocado with lemon juice and salt to make guacamole.
