missed my wok & this was the first thing i thought of 🤭 🍗 + 🥔 = 10/10 complementary BRAISED SOY SAUCE CHICKEN WITH POTATOES 🥔 my quadro sauce combo: - 500g chicken drumstick / thighs - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp oyster sauce - 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 tsp cornstarch 1. cook potatoes until slightly soften 2. remove, add in chicken to cook, add in ginger slices & spring onion whites 3. add back in potatoes. add 500ml water, followed by the same sauces you marinade the chicken with (except cornstarch) 4. cover to simmer on medium low heat for 15 mins & it's ready!!!! my fav comfort food of all time! #chicken #soysauce #potatoes #chinese #homecook

Rice Paper Shrimp Bites! These are sooo good. To make them, you need: Yield:14-16 pieces Ingredients: 250 grams peeled shrimp ⅛ teaspoon white pepper 50 grams garlic chives, chopped 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (use gluten-free oyster sauce if needed) 1 teaspoon sugar 2 sheets medium-sized rice paper Directions: 1. Peel the shrimp and process in a food processor or blender until a fine paste forms. 2. Combine the shrimp paste with white pepper, chives, cornstarch, oyster sauce, and sugar. 3. Take one sheet of rice paper and soak it in water for 3 seconds. Place the rice paper on a clean surface and wait for 20 seconds until the paper is soft. 4. Add half of the shrimp paste on the rice paper into a log shape and fold the right and left side inwards. Roll the rice paper up tightly like a burrito. Repeat this process to make a second roll. 5. Cut each roll into 7 or 8 pieces with a pair of scissors. 6. Lightly grease an air fryer and add the small bites in. 7. Air fry at 375 F for 12 minutes or until crispy. 8. Serve with sauce of choice. Recipe ib : @tiffy.cooks INGREDIENTS - 200gr button mushrooms - Kewpie mayonnaise - Soy sauce - Condensed milk (optional) - Black pepper (optional) - Cheddar cheese - Chili powder STEPS In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, soy sauce and condensed milk. Mix well then taste and adjust to your preference add more condensed milk if you like it sweeter, or more soy sauce if you prefer it saltier. Remove the stems from the mushrooms, then fill the center with cheddar cheese. Spoon the mayonnaise mixture on top of each mushroom. Air fry at 180°C for 10-15 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the top is golden. One pan garlic Parmesan chicken and veggies Preheat your oven to 375 and get a 9 x 13 baking dish. In the dish place your baby potatoes, baby carrots, and fresh green beans. Drizzle with olive oil and seasoned with seasoning of your choice. I am using the Trader Joe’s 21 seasoning salute. On top of your veggies and potatoes, place chicken thighs I used about 2 1/2 pounds. Season your chicken with the seasonings of your choice I again used the 21 seasoning salute, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning. Pour a small amount of the @bwwings Parmesan Garlic sauce on top and spread out with a spoon to evenly coat chicken. Place in the preheated oven and cook until chicken is cooked through and veggies are fork tender. In my oven this took about 40 minutes for the last 10 minutes I covered the dish in foil so the top of the chicken didn’t get too done before the veggies were done. #onepandinner #easydinner #chickendish #dinneridea #homecook
