10 months of REAL hair growth 🤍 No filters. No miracle products. Just consistency. I’m always asked how I grew my hair, so here are the 5 things I actually do ⬇️ (save this if you’re serious about healthy length) 1️⃣ I trim with intention I trim my ends about every 6 months, but I check my ends every 3–4 months to prevent split ends from traveling. 2️⃣ I stopped product hopping I learned my hair type (low porosity) and found a shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in that actually work for it. I researched on ChatGPT, Google, and TikTok, then tested targeted products instead of randomly trying everything. 3️⃣ I leave my hair alone (most of the time) Even though I switch up my look, when I wear wigs my natural hair is: • no heat • no blow drying • moisturized with leave-in • braided or twisted and left alone I space out heat styles and stick to one-and-done heated looks. 4️⃣ I drink water… a lot of it Hydration matters for everything — including your scalp and strands. 5️⃣ I changed my diet (slowly) I focused on whole foods, more protein, healthy fats, and vitamins that support hair growth.
