The Workout (For Time): Ski or Row 1000 – 900 – 800 – 700 – 600 – 500 – 400 – 300 – 200 – 100m After EACH distance complete: • 20 Wall Balls (HYROX comp weight) • 15 Walking Lunges (HYROX comp weight) This session is all about pacing and control. Go too hard early and it will punish you later. The goal isn’t speed — it’s maintaining a consistent aerobic effort while working under fatigue. This is exactly what most athletes struggle with on race day. Here’s the truth: in most doubles teams, one athlete has the better engine (faster runner) and one athlete is stronger.
