Because leads by themselves don’t mean much. What matters is what you do after they come in. Are you reaching out fast or letting them sit Are you actually qualifying them or just taking every enquiry as it is Are you following up properly or stopping after one attempt That’s where most of the revenue is won or lost. But instead of fixing that, people start pushing for cheaper leads or more volume Thinking that will solve it. It doesn’t. If your process isn’t converting, more leads just means more wasted opportunities. Fix what happens after first. Then the same leads will start performing very differently.
