☘️Japanese Beauty Oyakodon Oyakodon is a classic Japanese rice bowl made with chicken and egg. It’s simple, comforting, and naturally high in protein. Eggs contain biotin which supports healthy skin and hair. Chicken provides high-quality protein that helps build a beautiful body. Easy, nutritious, and delicious — this is one of my favorite Japanese home meals. 🥢 Ingredients • 1 boneless chicken thigh • 3 eggs • 1/2 onion Seasoning: • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 2 tbsp mirin • 1 tbsp sake • 1 tbsp sugar • 1/2 tsp dashi powder • 200 ml water 🥢 Instructions 1. Slice chicken and onion. 2. Add water, soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and dashi to a pan. 3. Add chicken and onion and simmer until cooked. 4. Pour beaten eggs over the top and cook gently until soft. 5. Serve over a moderate portion of rice. 【Nutrition (approx)】 Calories: ~600 kcal Protein: ~30 g ーーーーー 【材料】 ・鶏もも肉 1枚 ・卵 3個 ・玉ねぎ 1/2個 【調味料】 ・しょうゆ 大さじ2 ・みりん 大さじ2 ・酒 大さじ1 ・砂糖 大さじ1 ・だしの素 小さじ1/2 ・水 200ml ーーーーー ✨Beauty Point Eggs and chicken provide protein and nutrients that support healthy skin and a strong body. Comfort in a bowl. 🍳🍚 Tanindon (他人丼) is a classic Japanese rice bowl with tender beef, onion, and softly cooked egg simmered in a savory-sweet sauce over steamed rice. Fun fact: “Tanin” means stranger in Japanese — it’s a fun twist on Oyakodon (“parent and child” chicken & egg rice bowl / donburi). Since beef and egg aren’t related like chicken and egg this version is called Tanindon! ✔ Ready in 20 minutes ✔ Easy weeknight dinner ✔ Classic Japanese comfort food Pair it with our addictive Yamitsuki Cabbage and miso soup for a complete Japanese meal 🥬✨ 💬 Comment “JOC” and I’ll send you the full recipe + tips 🔖 Save this and share with someone who loves Japanese food 🌐 Full recipe also on Just One Cookbook (link in bio) #tanindon #japanesefood #donburi #japanesericebowl #easydinner

Japanese Food DAY 10 🇯🇵 Have you ever tried tofu like this before? 🥢✨ Today I’m sharing a cozy Japanese home recipe: Stuffed Inari Tofu with Tuna. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, this dish is packed with protein and flavor. It’s simple to make and perfect for a quick dinner on a busy day. This is one of the comforting dishes I often cook in my kitchen in Japan. 🇯🇵 I wrote the full recipe below. Save this recipe and try it later ♡ Ingredients • 150 g tofu • Tuna (as much as you like) • 1 egg • 1 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise • 1 tbsp mentsuyu (Japanese noodle soup base) • Seasoning salt (to taste) • Green onions, finely chopped (as much as you like) • 1–2 pieces aburaage (fried tofu pouches) Instructions 1. In a bowl, add 150 g of tofu. Add tuna, egg, Kewpie mayonnaise, mentsuyu, seasoning salt, and chopped green onions. Mix everything well. 2. Cut the aburaage in half and gently open the pockets. 3. Stuff the tofu mixture into the aburaage pouches. 4. Heat a frying pan with a small amount of oil (or cook without oil if you prefer). Place the stuffed aburaage in the pan and cook both sides until golden brown. 5. Add a small amount of water to the pan and cover with a lid. Steam-cook for a few minutes. 6. Remove the lid and continue cooking until all the water evaporates. Cook until the outside becomes crispy and golden. Once the moisture is gone and the surface is nicely crispy, it’s ready to serve! Serving Suggestions For adults, try eating it with ponzu sauce and yuzu kosho. If you don’t have ponzu, you can mix soy sauce with a little lemon juice instead. If you don’t have yuzu kosho, wasabi also pairs very well. For kids, it’s delicious with a sweet sauce like teriyaki sauce. Enjoy! 🥢✨#japanesefood #japanesehomecooking #tofu #tofurecipes #homecooking
