Build better. Some goals are hit quickly. Others take a year… or longer. That's fine. Consistency outlasts intensity. The people still showing up in December aren't the most motivated. They're the most committed.

By February, 80% of New Year’s resolutions have already failed. Not because people are weak, but because their approach is. When I help clients stick to their resolutions, we don’t treat them like 6-week missions. We treat them like lifelong upgrades. 1. We shift the timeline. Yes, we want to select a deadline to accomplish the goal for clarity and urgency. However, the goal isn’t to “hit” the habit. It’s to maintain the habit for life. 2. We reconnect to purpose. If we want to quit (which is natural in the process of achieving goals), we’ve lost connection to the goal’s purpose. Remember, a resolution without a why is a wish. Purpose gives the goal fuel. If you’re feeling doubtful, focus on your why. 3. We build identity, not pressure. Instead of “I need to achieve this,” it becomes: “I am the kind of person who lives this way.” Once the internal shift starts happening, well, that’s when the real magic happens. You will receive exactly what you believe you deserve. That’s how change lasts. Not hype. Not willpower. Identity, purpose, and a long enough runway.
