WANTED MAN: The Kern Sheriff’s Office is asking for help to find Lavail Johnson, 33, who is wanted for attempted murder.
KCSO says Johnson was involved in an assault on Valley Boulevard in Tehachapi on Sunday, October 27th.
Johnson is described as 6’2, 215-pounds, with black and white hair and brown eyes.

FODetectives are investigating after a child was hit by a stray bullet inside their Skyway apartment Thursday morning.
According to the King County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO), dispatch received a 911 call just after 2 a.m. reporting gunshots at the Creston Point Apartments near the corner of Martin Luther King Jr Way S and S 133rd St.
When deputies arrived, they found a child injured by the shooting and took them to Harborview Medical Center.
The victim is a 10-year-old girl, and she is in critical condition. The KCSO has not released any suspect information, and there are no details on what led up to the shooting.

The video shows the man grabbing the items from a rack labeled "designer handbags."

CECKFR responded to a truck vs train call at approximately 12:00 pm this afternoon. Rescue 64 extricated the driver and transported them to St. Michael’s Medical Center with minor injuries.
There are no environmental hazards as a result of the accident and the scene has been stabilized.
KCSO is investigating.
