If you count the 2 years I worked on The Orange County News-channel’s evening news… well, that’s 26 yrs on SoCal TVs!
I feel blessed to have had this opportunity to wear a mic providing SoCal w/their weather forecasts (and then-some) everyday. Grateful for the opportunity to represent the @aapiwomenlead #aapi community and the #filipinoamerican community to voice issues important to me, whenever I am able to.
Also to advocate not just for women in this business (who by the way are still, sadly seen as less-than, in general) but also to advocate as much as I can for Brain Cancer Awareness. May is also #braintumorawareness month and there is still no cure for this deadly disease which took my late husband Sean and my young son’s dad away from us too soon.
So, let’s keep this going! 😜🙏🏽To 25 next year? well, I guess we’ll see! 💕
