Harapan untuk Reaktivasi Kereta Api di Jawa Barat! 🙌 Program reaktivasi jalur kereta api ini dapat memberikan dampak besar bagi konektivitas dan transportasi di Jawa Barat! 🌄🚉 Terdapat 5 rencana reaktivasi jalur kereta api, yaitu: 1️⃣ Cipatat – Padalarang (17 km) 2️⃣ Rancaekek – Tanjungsari (11,5 km) 3️⃣ Bandung – Ciwidey (37,8 km) 4️⃣ Garut – Cikajang (28,2 km) 5️⃣ Banjar – Cijulang (82 km) 📍 Untuk jalur Kereta Api Bandung – Ciwidey, total luas lahan yang dibutuhkan diperkirakan mencapai ±72,81 hektare. Perhitungan ini merujuk pada ketentuan wilayah aman jalur kereta api dengan jarak 6–9 meter di sisi kiri dan kanan jalur, sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2007 tentang Perkeretaapian. 📊 Berdasarkan hasil overlay terhadap data Kawasan Terbangun RBI Tahun 2022 pada lokasi jalur Bandung – Ciwidey, diketahui bahwa sekitar 58% merupakan kawasan terbangun. 💡 Reaktivasi ini tidak hanya membuka kembali akses transportasi lama, tapi juga mendukung mobilitas warga, pariwisata, dan ekonomi daerah! 🚀 #keretaapi #reaktivasi #jawabarat #infojawabarat

Visible from space as large green circles scattered across the desert, these fields are a result of a technology known as center-pivot irrigation. This method involves a long, rotating sprinkler system that pivots around a central point, creating a perfect circle of cultivated land. The development of these fields began in the 1970s, as part of the Saudi government’s push toward food self-sufficiency. Despite having minimal rainfall and extreme desert temperatures, the country tapped into deep underground aquifers known as fossil water, which had been stored for thousands of years beneath the desert floor. Using this ancient water, crops like wheat, barley, alfalfa, and vegetables are grown year-round. These crops support both domestic consumption and livestock feed, especially for the dairy and poultry industries. The fields typically range in size from 500 meters to over 1 kilometer in diameter, and are mostly located in regions like Al-Kharj, Wadi ad-Dawasir, and the Riyadh Province. However, this system is not without challenges. The fossil water used for irrigation is non-renewable, and concerns over water depletion and sustainability have led to a gradual shift away from water-intensive crops. In recent years, the government has scaled back domestic wheat production and is investing in more sustainable agriculture, such as greenhouse farming and international farmland investments.
