I’m running for Congress because we’re facing a five-alarm fire for our democracy, and we need leaders who will fight, not fold.  Trump is abducting our neighbors and eroding our democratic institutions, and NY-10 residents are fed up with elected officials who’ve been acting like it’s normal. They want leaders who understand the stakes, and who will fight like our lives are on the line, because they are.  I’ve spent my life organizing my neighbors to win big fights - stopping evictions, building new housing, desegregating our schools, protecting immigrants from ICE.  I recognize this moment, and I’m ready to meet it. #FightDontFold #LanderForNYC #LanderForCongress Comment to pitch in. 🥊

In the ad Lander reminds New Yorkers the ways he’s fought back against corruption, taken on Donald Trump, put his body on the line for immigrants being detained by ICE (even getting arrested multiple times in the process) and how he thinks he is the fighter that should be sent to DC.
