I said “ I am the end of the world” . With the powers I acquired I sent the animals of the earth to attack every human standing on this earth. The same way they hunted me for disagreeing with them. They tortured me for not believing in what they believed. For not thinking the way they did. Now, the mosquitoes will spread disease. The Venomous snakes will wait for a foot to bite outside their home. The Crocodiles will guard the edge of rivers & lakes to keep them from drinking. At the end I will show up to read their faults. Let them know the misery they put me through before it’s just me & the creatures of this world. I will be the last man standing & that’s for the good of the environment, the animals, & the rest of the world.

When you've done Cocodona250 every year since it started and it's become the most brutal version of "Last Man Standing" imaginable 💀 Six runners @midpackelite @amglaze @thefreeoutside @mittenmadness @sosaultrarunner and Brian Janzic who fell in love with this 250-mile journey through Arizona... and just can't seem to stay away. Year after year. Through 40,000+ feet of climbing, desert heat, freezing mountain nights, and everything the course throws at us. What started as "let's try this incredible race" has evolved into an unspoken bond of mutual commitment. None of us wants to be the first to break the streak. So here we are, still showing up every May, still drawn to those 250 miles through the most beautiful and challenging terrain Arizona has to offer. The real question isn't who will DNF first... it's who will finally admit they might need a different hobby. Won't be me. Smile, or you're doing it wrong #cocodona250
