TH📣Breastfeeding doesn’t have to be “all or nothing.”
As a feeding therapist, the biggest hurdle I see parents face is the pressure of perfection. Sometimes, the “bridge” to a longer breastfeeding journey is the “and,” as in, breastfeeding AND supplementation.
If you’re navigating the “AND,” here is how to do it successfully:

TEThe most chaotic part of our day used to be our time coming home from morning activities, getting lunch made, feeding Rell, and then getting her down for nap in time before she goes delirious! iykyk 😂 Our quick transition during this part of our day has become easy breezy and Rell is getting nutritious lunches because of @LittleSpoon Plates! When Rell was just starting foods, she did the Baby Blends, so when I realized they did toddler plates, I was in for this gamechanger! Each recipe has hidden veggies and superfoods, and even the pickiest kids love them! Rell clears her plate! She also loves getting to help me unpack our order when they arrive at our door, and loves having options each day! They take me 2 minutes to heat up and have in front of her to eat!
