🦪🦞If you are a seafood fan… run and don’t walk mate. @azzurrarestaurant is SO SO SO good and those oysters!! Wooow. So I’m easily impressed… but not easily surprised. And I’m still shocked at that damn leaf 🤣🤣 how does it taste LITERALLY EXACTLY like an oyster. That was such a strange (but cool). Oh and the service was TEN/TEN! We were looked after so well and the staff had great recommendations and a god sense of humour which made for a really wonderful evening. It’s not cheap, so I would say it’s definitely a special occasion restaurant for the majority of us. Everyone has raved about Dishoom so we decided to give it a whirl when we were in London this past summer! @dishoom has 11 locations in the UK and will soon open a new location in New York City in 2026! We went to the King’s Cross and Carnaby locations and ordered a slew of vegetarian + vegan dishes. As we sipped the chai, we indulged in the daal makhani, jackfruit biryani, gunpowder aloo (potatoes), bhel and vada pav! The food is packed with flavor and is easily shareable but be prepared for waits. They have a separate breakfast / brunch and all day menu. The King’s Cross location had a little more flavor to it with some historical artifacts but if you’re in London and want a dose of Indian food, Dishoom definitely explodes with flavor and brings a unique desi charm. #archeats #dishoom #london #food #foodie #foodblogger #londonblogger #londonfood #indianfood #dishoomlondon #travel #indianfoodinlondon #thearchway

Frühlingssalat mit Burella ✨🤍✨🫛🍋 Mal wieder ein Produkte-Test. Pflanzliche Burrata. Ich bin skeptisch, wie immer bei Ersatz-Produkten. Das hier stammt aus London, Burella. Ein Food Start-up namens Julienne Bruno, ziemlich bescheuerter Name, aber vielleicht heisst der wirklich so. Dazu einen Salat, der aus allem angemacht wird, was der Frühling so hergibt: Frische Erbsen, Spargel, Artischocken, Fenchel, Tomaten, Kartoffeln aus Noirmoutier, vielen Kräutern… Zubereitet für einen ganz besonderen Menschen. und hoffe, der Bruno-Burella-Burrata zieht ihn nicht runter… Dazu eine Salsiccia von @trupia_since1948 Für mich die besten salsiccie aus der Schweiz. Erbsen pulen, Artischocken-Böden schneiden, Spargel rüsten, zusammen mit Kartoffeln knackig garen, dann Wildspargel und Erbsen nur 2 Min garen, Minze, Tomaten, Fenchel, Basilikum dazu. Abschmecken, mit Olivenöl, Sherryessig und Zitrone würzen. Weil pflanzliche Burrata, liegt ja eine Salsiccia drin. Olivenöl darüber Solch ein Salat ist wirklich grandios, auch ohne Burella.. Den gibts übrigens bald in CH, bei einem Grossverteiler, ich sag natürlich nicht, bei welchem, das ist schließlich keine Werbesendung. I had the Imli Margherita, Honey Chilli Lotus Stem, Chilly Tamarind Prawns Dosa, Chilli Paneer, Malabar Seabass Curry, and the Gooey Chocolate Brownie with Madagascan Vanilla Ice Cream.
