DEIn the depths of night’s dark, velvety shroud, conversations unfold like a canvas of shared souls. Words weave a tapestry of laughter, tears, and dreams, as the hours slip away like grains of sand in an hourglass.
And then, like a gentle whisper, morning’s rays creep through the curtains’ slender slits, a soft reminder that light will always pierce the darkness. The night’s shadows retreat, and with the dawn’s warm embrace, hope rekindles, illuminating the path ahead.
In these nocturnal dialogues, we find solace, connection, and the reassurance that we’re not alone in life’s journey. The night’s dark tunnel, once daunting, now reveals its hidden beauty, as the promise of a new day beckons, like a beacon of hope on the horizon.

SWMany a times, when we’re cornered, or are faced with difficult situations or are in an argument with someone, we think of all the perfect responses much later. It almost makes us wonder, as to why our brain couldn’t come up with such responses, while we were in that particular situation.

During one such conversation with my mom, she told me, that “Swati, shouldn’t you be happy that your first response isn’t disrespect! That speaking hurtful things is not your default option!” And that made me realise, as to how powerful this statement was.
.
What I was chiding myself for, was actually my superpower. Which was indeed a paradigm shift for me. It made me more confident about the fact that I’m proud that disrespect isn’t and never will be my first response.
.
It’s taken years of working on myself, and avoiding situations, people and creating imaginary scenarios in my head, to have arrived at this. But I’m glad that this is here to stay!
.
So the next time, you feel bad for not being able to have nasty retorts handy, give a pat on your back, that you’ve been raised well 🙌
