COCutting horses have never been cooler.
Had a blast Friday in the practice pen with actors from Taylor Sheridan’s hit shows Yellowstone, 1883, Lioness, and more as they prepped for NCHA’s celebrity cutting!
Shoutout to @thejenlandon, who’s as cool in real life as her fan-favorite character Teeter. She rides the heck out of a horse now, but she humbly (and hilariously) admitted that wasn’t always the case.
@lamonicagarrett from 1883 and Lioness got to wear his first pair of spurs under the watchful eye of trainer (and basically-professional actor) Kory Pounds.
@mobringsplenty the celebrity cutting veteran pretended he was nervous while reminding us all why we were really there.
The evening, presented by Icon Global, supported the amazing UT Southwestern Medical Center and showcased over a dozen screen stars and NCHA legends going head-to-head in an unforgettable showdown.
There is still much more cutting ahead! Head out to Fort Worth all next week for Futurity action.
