This is one of the most impressive things I’ve seen lately. A whole class of students all ripping through the same neoclassical sweep exercise together. Hearing that many guitars playing synchronized arpeggios at once is pretty wild. Because there were so many guitars going at the same time it was actually a little muddy and difficult to hear every note clearly, so transcribing it took a bit of doing 😂 But after working through it I’m pretty confident this tab captures what they’re doing. The exercise itself is great. It moves through a cycle of fourths style progression that gives it that classic neoclassical sound, and it’s perfect for practicing how to connect arpeggio shapes while moving diagonally across the neck instead of staying locked in one position.
