It’s designed to improve coordination, balance, and focus by separating upper and lower body movement. How to Do It (Level 1): 1️⃣ Set up two rings or cones, 6 meters apart. 2️⃣ Find a target and keep your eyes on it the entire time. 3️⃣ Move a ball around your body while subtracting 3 from a starting number. Letterball catching plus quick hip turns challenge vision, timing, spatial awareness, and rotational control all at once. The nervous system has to see it, decide, organize, and then express it through the body… plus call a letter out loud. When the brain gets better at processing information under the additional load of movement and rotation, athletic output gets cleaner, faster, and more resilient. Let’s start with what is an emotional flashback From an NSI perspective an emotional flashback is a real time response to a trigger that creates a Reaction inside of your body. And this reaction is usually something that occurred frequently in childhood or during a period of prolonged trauma, chronic stress, chronic trauma, and this. Internal state that is created inside of your body from that trigger actually creates a new reality that you are then living. Then it changes the external world to match what’s going on inside of your body. You’re actually changing your reality.
