Sound on: we chose this music because everyone does indeed have a story… This piglet is best friends with this puppy, and here they are going for their morning walk and having a meet and greet on the way with a pack of alpacas. All of these animals have different rescue stories, but only one of them was destined to be slaughtered for food. True story: There would be uproar if we served puppy or alpaca in our sanctuary cafe, and yet we continue to have visitors to Hopefield recoil in horror at us having a plant based menu. We kindly ask that if you are coming to the sanctuary that you respect that all of our rescues here are friends not food.
