LOConsumed.. not burnt!! The secret is I don’t eat the same amount of calories everyday. Although I do track (this is to ensure I’m eating enough not for restriction). I still also go off my energy, and hunger levels. So each day can look different depending on the intensity of my training.
For me, I train a lot, and have a very active lifestyle. The point of this reel is that: food is fuel, eating enough supports strength, recovery, energy, and progress. Undereating holds so many people back.
This reel isn’t to say, “you should eat what I eat” it’s here to show that needing more food doesn’t make you wrong. It means your body is working hard and deserves to be fuelled correctly to perform well.
You can check out my week of training on my reels page but remember to always fuel your lifestyle, and not your fear when it comes to calories.🧚

GOEven at this moment unsure if our race would continue. Put a hole in the oil pan, tore the skid plates off, and bent a trailing arm. I had to remember how much time, effort and money my family, friends and sponsors have put into this journey.
@timmybuffett_ and I were having to much fun to quit anyway so I looked at Tim and said “F-it I’ve got a spare motor at home, we are either going to finish or put a hole in the block”. We suited back up and finished 2nd in class!!
I would do this a million times over before you catch me living a boring life!! 🤘 thank you!
