Delivering reliable water service takes careful planning, innovation, and coordination in the field.   We recently completed the rehabilitation of a 72-inch raw water main in collaboration with the contractor @_dmsi.   Using trenchless slip-lining technology, our crews installed a new pipe inside the existing line, strengthening a critical raw water main that supplies the Preston Water Treatment Plant, all while keeping the system running and avoiding major excavations.   This proactive infrastructure investment helps prevent service interruptions and ensures #OurCounty continues to have access to clean, safe, and reliable water. We found a calm, welcoming area designed for children who may need a break from noise, lights, or crowds. The Transportation Alternatives Program grant–funded project will add more than three-quarters of a mile of sidewalk, connecting residents to the Osage Prairie Trail and O’Brien Park. District 1 Tulsa County Commissioner Stan Sallee stopped by as work began, highlighting the importance of safer routes for kids and families.
