With PCOS, even getting that ‘snatched’ waist or clear skin can seem like a distant dream. I wish more people understood what it’s like, so they’d think twice before pointing out our acne, facial hair, or the hair we’re always losing. Even the foods we once loved can trigger inflammation in our bodies now. We’re all figuring this out as we go.
