If you’ve ever been confused about which tea to choose for PCOS support, you’re not alone. Spearmint tea is often used for things like facial hair, acne, and supporting lower testosterone levels. Green tea is more commonly chosen for weight support, insulin resistance, and inflammation. They work in slightly different ways, which is why people gravitate to one over the other. For both options, two cups a day is generally what most people aim for to see benefits over time. Consistency matters more than perfection here. Both teas can be a simple, low-effort way to support your body alongside everything else you’re doing. They’re affordable, easy to add into your routine, and can be a helpful daily habit. So whether you choose spearmint or green tea, pick the one that aligns most with your current goals and stick with it. Small, consistent choices like this can absolutely add up over time 🌿 #greentea #spearminttea #pcos

Most people try to fix PCOS by changing everything overnight. But hormones usually respond better to small, consistent lifestyle shifts rather than extreme routines. Things like balanced meals, stable blood sugar, strength-based movement, proper sleep, and stress regulation play a much bigger role in long-term hormone health than quick fixes. PCOS management is rarely about doing one “perfect” thing. It’s about creating an environment where your body can actually regulate itself over time. Not all cinnamon is the same. And if you’re taking cinnamon for health benefits, choosing the right type actually matters. Most people use cinnamon for blood sugar control, insulin resistance, PCOS support, or metabolic health.. 🔹 Ceylon cinnamon (also called true cinnamon), mainly from Sri Lanka, • naturally contains very low coumarin • is considered safer for long-term daily use • studies using Ceylon cinnamon extracts have shown improvements in fasting blood sugar and insulin sensitivity 🔹 Cassia cinnamon, which is the most common variety in the market, • contains higher levels of coumarin • is fine for occasional culinary use • but daily or high intake may put extra stress on the liver, especially when used regularly for health purposes 👉 Simple rule If cinnamon is only for flavour, either type is okay. If cinnamon is part of your daily health routine, choosing Ceylon cinnamon is the smarter option. 🧐 How to identify the right cinnamon • Ceylon cinnamon: thin, soft, layered sticks, like rolled paper • Cassia cinnamon: thick, hard, woody sticks with a single layer • Buying powder? Always check the label Look for “Ceylon cinnamon” or Cinnamomum verum Save this reel and share it with someone who takes cinnamon every day. It drives me crazy that so many women with PCOS are told to “just eat healthy” without anyone explaining what that actually means! Because this is what it looks like in real life 👇🏼 It does not mean cutting carbs, skipping meals or surviving on salads alone!! Instead, the focus is on building meals around protein, fibre, healthy fats and carbs that don’t send your blood sugar on a rollercoaster! When you eat in a way that supports your blood sugar, you’ll notice better focus, improved energy, fewer cravings and more predictable cycles. You don’t have to eat absolutely perfectly when you have PCOS but you do need to be consistent to protect your hormones. If you want realistic, evidence-based PCOS support that doesn’t involve extremes, follow along 💖 Supplements I used were @herologyhub Balance and Collagen mixed together with 2g of myo-inositol

Comment “guide” and I’ll send you the waitlist for the Muslimah’s PCOS Reset Guide Make sure to follow me otherwise Instagram won't allow me to send a DM I struggled with irregular periods for YEARS… making dua to Allah for my PCOS. 🤲 Every month, I looked at the calendar hoping my periods will come soon. Every month, I felt frustrated, tired, and unheard. My periods only came every 110 days. I remember making dua in sujood, "Ya Allh please finally give me my periods" Then I remembered the Hadith of the Messenger ﷺ: “Tie her (the camel) and trust in Allah.” [Sunan al-Tirmidhī 2517] I realised PCOS is not just about fertility It’s a full-body hormonal and metabolic issue. So I combined my firm trust in Allah with action: • Balancing my blood sugar • Managing stress • Nourishing my body • Moving daily ➡️ Supporting my hormones with the right habits Slowly, Alhamdulillah, my cycles became more regular. Now my periods come every 30-40 days, Alhamdulillah. Healing PCOS takes patience, consistency, and trust in Allah. If I was able to manage my symptoms, you can too 🫶 I'm releasing the Muslimah's PCOS Reset Guide soon, where I share the exact habits and lifestyle changes that helped me reverse my symptoms. 💌 Comment “guide” and I’ll send you the waitlist. (Release is soon 👀) 📌 Save this as a reminder that improvement is possible 🫶 Follow for simple and realistic PCOS tips __ Muslimah with PCOS | Insulin Resistance | High Androgen | High Cortisol | Muslim Women | Muslim Communities | Muslim Girls Education | Menstrual Cycle | Periods | Hormonal Imbalance | PCOS | PCOS Awareness | PCOS Support | Muslimah | Weight Loss | Fertility | Birth Control | Women with PCOS #PCOS #PCOSAwareness #PCOSSupport #Muslimah

A lot of women diagnosed with PCOS want to fix their diet. But the moment they start researching, they hit a wall. ❌They open ChatGPT. ❌They check Gemini. ❌They scroll through random influencers. And suddenly PCOS eating looks like this: ⚠️ Imported berries ⚠️ Avocado every day ⚠️ Quinoa bowls ⚠️ Almond butter ⚠️ Expensive protein powders And the first thought is “Healthy food is too expensive. I can’t sustain this.” Let me say this clearly. That’s not how it works. I’m a nutritionist with 10+ years of experience in PCOS management, and I’ve worked with thousands of women from different backgrounds and budgets. PCOS does not improve because the food is expensive. It improves when the food is structured correctly. ✅Blood sugar balance. ✅Right protein intake. ✅Enough fiber. ✅Correct fats. ✅Consistent meal timing. That’s what creates results. In this video, I’ve shared a curated list of affordable, easily available food options that you can start immediately. ✅No fancy ingredients. ✅No imported superfoods. ✅No unrealistic grocery bills. And I’m telling you from experience, when you follow the structure properly, you will see results. ✨It is not true that expensive is always better. You can get the same transformation, stable cycles, better hormonal balance, improved energy, sustainable weight management with affordable food options too. ✨Consistency beats cost. So before you give up thinking PCOS eating is out of your budget, watch the video and apply what I’ve shared. And if you want my personal guidance, comment “PCOS” and I’ll help you build a plan that works for your body and your budget. . Most women don’t have “hormone problems” they have habit problems. These small daily biohacks quietly fix what pills often don’t 👇 - Support hormone balance by tracking ovulation each cycle, because it reflects true hormonal health. - In the second half of your cycle, eat slightly more nourishing meals to support progesterone and reduce PMS. - Add strength training two to three times weekly to stabilise blood sugar and prevent hormonal weight gain. - Get natural morning sunlight within one hour of waking to reset cortisol and sleep hormones. - Ask to check iron stores (ferritin) so fatigue and hair fall are corrected early. - Maintain daily digestion with fibre, water, and movement to help excess hormones leave the body. - Protect hormones by sleeping seven to eight hours consistently, as sleep repairs hormonal signalling. - Balance workouts by limiting excessive cardio and prioritising recovery, especially with irregular cycles. - Reduce hormone disruption by switching to glass and steel containers instead of plastic. - Lower stress daily with breathing, walking, or quiet time, as calm nervous systems support progesterone. 💬 Comment “HORMONES” if you want a part 2 or save this for later. #hormonehealth #womenswellness #PCOSawareness #hormonebalance #femalehealth hormone balance, women hormones, PMS relief, PCOS support, cycle health
