Recap from Embedded World 2026 🇩🇪 Last week, our Embedded Engineering Studio team, represented by Agustin Derregibus, Heriberto Gonzalez, Kiran Kumar N., and Marcelo Cordini, was in Nuremberg, Germany for the @embedded_world_official . With 36,000+ attendees, the event was one of the most important gatherings for the global embedded systems ecosystem. We were proud to join conversations across the full embedded product lifecycle and share our experience in AI/ML at the edge, semiconductors, pre and post silicon firmware development, computer vision, and high performance embedded solutions. A key topic across many discussions was the EU Cyber Resilience Act and its growing impact on embedded device design and lifecycle governance. DesignCon 2026 marked Steve Sandler’s 14th year at the show. Over that time, one thing has remained constant for us: the importance of power integrity. But this year it was clearer than ever that power integrity is no longer a niche concern. It’s now central across almost every system engineers are building. As designs demand higher power, faster switching speeds, and tighter voltage margins, maintaining a clean and stable power delivery network has become critical. From AI and high-performance computing to advanced communications and automotive systems, even small disturbances in the power rail can impact signal integrity, timing, and overall system reliability. It was great to see so many engineers discussing these challenges and sharing approaches to solving them. The conversations at DesignCon always remind us that progress in this field is driven by the people working through these problems every day.
