VIIt’s easy to give in.
Winter can be harsh, dark, heavy, and honestly exhausting. As a photographer, there are days when motivation feels distant and inspiration seems completely lost. But the reminder I keep returning to is simple: no one is a better teacher than yourself.
You can read every photography book and watch every tutorial out there, but real growth only happens when you step outside, create, fail, learn, and do it all over again. Every mistake teaches something no guide ever could.
The road is long. The process is hard. But like everything meaningful in life, it’s always worth it. 📸✨
As a Japanese proverb says, 「七転び八起き」- “Fall seven times, stand up eight.” And that, in many ways, is the heart of photography too.
