I like to think about the me in five, ten, or twenty years, and how she’ll feel supported by what I’m doing now. Here are three little habits I’ve been leaning into lately that might resonate: 1. Start small: Even 15 minutes of movement can shift everything. It’s not about doing it all, but about showing up. I have 5-60 min workouts on @soulsyncbody to support you. 2. Fuel wisely: Adding a little extra protein—like seeds, tahini, or protein smoothies—makes such a difference for energy and muscle recovery. 3. Recover intentionally: Honor rest days and stretching in the morning.. Both make me feel like I’m treating myself, not just my body. Let’s keep showing up for her—our future selves deserve it. 🤍 What’s something you’re working on this week?
