I hear over and over from those who work with me how they look forward to their workouts now because of the fun variety and turning something new on each time. It’s so important that we find something we like in order to stick to it ✨ Start with 3 days a week. Work your way up to 4 or 5 depending on the week & the time you have. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but we do know we need to move to stay healthy and live a fulfilled life! All you have to do is walk onto your mat, press play & let me lead you the rest of the way. When I started Pilates, I wasn’t looking for a “quick fix” or a way to shrink myself—I just wanted to feel stronger, more capable, and actually enjoy movement for once. And guess what? That’s exactly what happened. Pilates taught me how to move in ways that felt good, not punishing. It helped me build strength I didn’t know I had, connect with my body in a way I never had before, and (most importantly) realize that fitness isn’t just for one body type—it’s for EVERY body. Now, as a midsize Pilates instructor, my mission is to help YOU feel that same power. No toxic fitness culture, no “suck it in” talk—just movement that makes you feel like a badass. If you’ve ever felt like Pilates wasn’t for you, I’m here to prove that it is.
