FOFound this in Texas of all places 🤠 Trying to eat less Buldak this year but I had to try the Rose flavour 🌹everyone keeps talking about 🤗
Ingredients
• 1 pack Rosé Buldak Ramen
• 6–8 shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 1 small onion, thinly sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp butter
• ¼ cup heavy cream (add more for extra creaminess)
• ½ cup water (add more if needed)
• Salt & garlic powder, to taste
• Chili oil, for topping
• Dried parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Sear the shrimp
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Season shrimp with salt and garlic powder, then sear on both sides until just cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
2. Build the base
In the same pan, add garlic and onions. Sauté until fragrant and softened.
3. Make it rosé
Add the Buldak sauce packet and stir. Pour in heavy cream (about ¼ cup or more if you want it extra creamy) and let it gently simmer.
4. Cook the ramen
Add the ramen noodles directly into the sauce along with about ½ cup water. Let cook, stirring occasionally. Add more water if it starts to dry out.
5. Bring it together
Add shrimp back into the pan, then sprinkle in the Buldak seasoning packet. Toss everything until well coated and glossy.
6. Finish & serve
Top with dried parsley and a drizzle of chili oil. Serve hot 🔥

AMIdc if I have to wait 3 hours for this food ( I didn’t wait 3 hours I got to walk right in) because this IS THE BEST African restaurant in Atlanta🔥👀. $55 for this buffet is a steal usually meals cost anywhere from $30-$45 so ALL OF THIS for that price I am going back next week. @lenouveaumaquis has two locations but this is was there NEW location in Tucker. I’m a sucker for Cassava leaf, Suya, and Fufu im the Keith Lee with reviews so a 10 means this is GAS. 🔥😲💨
