I use time-blocking to plan every part of my week, from workouts and deep work to admin, meetings, and rest. Giving everything a place helps me stay focused without feeling overwhelmed. Customising the colours makes it so much easier to see where my time really goes and stay intentional with how I spend it. IDÉE DE PLANNING OBJECTIF 13H DE RÉVISION ! Hey, aujourd’hui je te donne une idée de planning si tu veux réviser 13h durant ta période de révision ! 💪 Alors, on est bien d’accord c’est ENORME. Mais on ne va pas se mentir, j’ai eu ce rythme (voir encore plus) pendant 1 an lorsque je préparais mon concours de l’internat. On va pas se mentir non plus, c’est pas un rythme de vie dans lequel tu seras épanoui, mais c’est la réalité de nos études, c’est ce rythme de travail qui a fait que j’ai été très très bien classée au concours de l’internat et qui m’a permis d’avoir la spé et la ville que je voulais ! MAIS, on est tous DIFFÉRENTS, peut être que toi tu as besoin de travail moins (et tant mieux pour toi) ou plus. Je n’encourage personne à faire ça, mais si comme moi, tu as besoin de réviser autant, je te donne mon organisation en espérant que ça t’aidera à réaliser tes objectifs. N’oublie pas ta santé mentale et physique. PS : n’oublie pas, on est tous différents, adapte ce planning selon ton rythme. PS 2 : c’est une idée pour 13h de révision, mais tu as peut-être besoin de travailler moins ou plus de 13h ! PS 3 : n’oublie pas ta santé physique et mentale, ça n’a pas de prix.
