𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 isn’t only a celebration. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Across the workplace, we hear 𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 at once: Some women feel 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 by what they can build. Others feel 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 navigating spaces that still don’t feel designed for them. And when we ask, “𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹?” the answer is often: 𝗌𝗈𝗆𝖾𝗈𝗇𝖾 𝗌𝗎𝗉𝗉𝗈𝗋𝗍𝖾𝖽 𝗆𝖾. Support matters. But so does 𝗌𝖾𝗅𝖿-𝖺𝖽𝗏𝗈𝖼𝖺𝖼𝗒 the ability to back yourself, name your strengths, and pursue your goals without needing permission.
