It’s what you emphasize… If I emphasize a horizontal L even with the shoulder I am going to create unnecessary tension in my shoulder and pull weight out of the ground. Will it look like that at times? Sure. Should it be what you try to do? No. Keep your weight down. Stay rotational and stay loose. When I pull myself out of the ground I lose my power structures. Justin Fields is a good QB. But he is a MUCH BETTER thrower on the move than he is in the pocket. Why? Because on the move he’s leaning, he’s using his body naturally. When he’s in the pocket his mechanics get disconnected and I’ve seen his base improve but his upper sequence continue to hurt him. Remember everything isn’t literal. The take away isn’t in pieces, it’s one piece. If you have questions drop them in the comments.

Throughout history there have obviously been and continue to be people - even some spiritual leaders - who are misogynists. And there are power structures that have been/continue to be misogynistic. However God is NOT a misogynist! If we take the time to peruse the socio-historical context of Scripture we’ll find that God values His daughters every bit as much as He values His sons. In fact, because ‘infinite' is included among His perfect attributes, our Creator Redeemer's love doesn’t max out, which means we all get to enjoy being His favorite!
