PRQuetzalcoatlus was one of the largest flying animals ever discovered. Living around 68–66 million years ago in what is now Texas, it had a wingspan of up to 12 meters. Despite its size, it could likely launch itself into the air using all four limbs. On land, it probably walked like a stork or giraffe and hunted small animals using its long, spear-like beak.
