The 3 tests you MUST pass before attempting tuck planche press to handstand 🧪 Before you even think about tuck planche press, use these foundations: ✅ TEST 1: 8-second tuck planche hold Shows you base to learn these ‘press out’ ✅ TEST 2: 5-second minimum consistent handstand hold You don’t need to hold long Just consistent and know how to balance This skill is primarily a strength skill Must be away from wall ✅ TEST 3: Dumbbell front raise Tests your shoulder and straight arm strength Shows strength through full ROM No momentum or kipping Failed a test? Here’s your fix: 🔸 Weak planche hold → Start with crow/crane pose progressions 🔸 Unstable handstand → Wall practice + hollow body work 🔸 Can’t press with straight arms → Use the bent arm press to increase strength Pass all 3?
