Campaign Structure and Settings: - Create a "massive competitive environment" using CBO everywhere, typically with only one or two prospecting campaigns. - Exclusions prevent you from overspending on existing and engaged customers. - The "graduation system" is necessary to scale your best-performing ads. - Test different countries in a prospecting CBO campaign if you can ship to them. - Use bid caps and cost caps once you are over the $100k threshold and have a stable, consistent spend. This makes spend variable and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) consistent. Creative That is Crushing It: - Founder ads, UGC (User-Generated Content) ads, partnership ads, and bold product callouts are standard and "crushing right now". - Creative refreshes with medium-sized tweaks and iterations of your best-performing content are an important staple. Offer and Pricing Strategies: - Offer testing is critical; you are losing cash if you haven't increased prices or changed your offer in years. - BOGO (Buy One, Get One) offers, like buy one get one free, buy one get two free, or buy two get one free, are working super well by giving great value to the consumer. - Bonuses and bundles are key. The perceived value of a bonus is much greater than its actual value, which adds value for the consumer and prevents you from positioning yourself as a discount brand.
