What happens if your workers’ comp claim gets denied? A denial isn’t the end of the road. There are options. First, we help find a doctor who works on a lien, meaning you can still get medical treatment even though the insurance company isn’t paying right away. It’s not easy—but these doctors do exist, and we can connect you. Next, we request a QME (Qualified Medical Evaluator) panel. This allows you to be evaluated by a state-appointed or QME doctor to determine whether your injury is work-related. Once we have strong medical evidence, we can take the case to court and push the insurance carrier to accept the claim. It may take longer—but a denied claim doesn’t mean you’re out of options. • • • Workers Comp, Denied Claim, Work Injury, QME, Minaie Law Group, Workers Comp Attorney, Workers Comp Lawyer, Workers Comp Law, Injured At Work, Work Injury, Legal Help

Having a pre-existing condition does not automatically disqualify you from workers’ compensation benefits. Many workplace injuries aggravate existing conditions — and the law still protects you. Understanding how pre-existing conditions are handled can make a major difference in your medical care and your claim outcome. 📞 Questions about your situation? Which benefits does workers’ comp cover? Attorney Ash Minaie explains the three main benefits of workers’ compensation: 1. Temporary Disability If you’re unable to work while receiving treatment, workers’ comp typically pays two-thirds of your earnings. 2. Medical Treatment (the most important) The priority is getting you better by covering the medical care you need after a work-related injury. 3. Permanent Disability If your injury doesn’t fully heal and results in lasting limitations, you may be compensated for that disability. These are the core benefits workers’ comp is designed to provide. • • • Workers Compensation, Workplace Injury, Work Injury Lawyer, Workers’ Comp Attorney, Workplace Accident, Repetitive Stress Injury, Occupational Illness, Temporary Disability, Denied Workers’ Comp, Workers’ Comp Appeals, Medical Treatment Coverage, Work-Related Illness, Workplace Injury Law, On-the-Job Injury, Legal Help for Workers, Injury Benefits, Workers’ Compensation Law Firm, No Fault Workers Comp, Injury Claim, Temporary Disability, Permanent Disability, Workers Comp Benefits

What is a “Compensable Consequence” in Workers’ Compensation? In California workers’ compensation law, a compensable consequence refers to a new injury or medical condition that develops as a result of the original workplace injury. In other words, if your initial work injury leads to additional medical issues, those conditions may also be covered under your workers’ compensation claim. For example:A worker develops carpal tunnel syndrome in one hand due to repetitive work and undergoes surgery. During recovery, they rely heavily on their other hand, which can lead to increased strain or even the development of carpal tunnel symptoms in that hand as well. When this happens, the second condition may be considered a compensable consequence of the original injury. When a condition is determined to be a compensable consequence, it may become part of the original workers’ compensation case and could impact medical treatment and potential benefits. Workers’ compensation cases can become complex as injuries evolve over time, which is why understanding how secondary injuries are evaluated is important. #workerscompensation #workinjury #compensableconsequence #knowyourrights #realtriallawyer Disclaimer: This communication may be considered attorney advertising or solicitation under California law and the rules of professional conduct. Workers' compensation denials often stem from poor communication between employers and insurance companies, leaving you with a notice in the mail and no clear answers. While your employer may want you back at work, they may not prioritize the medical treatment you need to get there. Because strict legal time constraints apply, delaying action for even a few weeks can result in losing your case entirely.

Why Some Workers Comp Cases Should Stay Open! In a workers compensation claim, settling too soon can be risky if your medical condition is still evolving. I explain how consequential injuries can develop when one injured body part forces you to compensate with another, why new problems like knee or back pain can appear later, and why keeping your workers comp case open may protect your future medical treatment if your condition changes. . . Do you get workers’ comp. benefits if your injury happens over time? In California, injuries don’t have to come from a single accident. Repetitive injuries, like years of heavy lifting or physical work that slowly damage your back, may be covered under Workers’ Compensation. If your job caused the injury over time, you may still have rights. • • • Minaie Law Firm, Workplace Injury, Worker's Compensation, Personal Injury, Injury Advice, Legal Help, Work Injury Tips, Stay Safe At Work, Safety First, Attorney Advise, Workman's Compensation, Injury Claim, Workplace Safety, On The Job Injury, Workers' Comp Attorney, Personal Injury Attorney, California Law, Employee Benefits, Injury Support, Workers Comp California, Repetitive Stress Injury, Repetitive Injury, Cumulative Trauma, Overuse Injury, Warehouse Workers, Chronic Back Pain, Construction Workers, Workers Comp Law
