1. One minute Breathing:The technique of breath is incredibly powerful . When I feel stressed for quick relief I take a deep in-breath through my nose to the fullest extent possible, then a short inhale, followed by a long exhale through the mouth as though blowing out a balloon. Do about 8 -10 of these to feel calmer.
 2.Journaling : At the end of the day, I journal. I’ve manifested my dream life using this journal. You can makeit as short or as long as you like. On the days I have no time, I do it in less than 3 minutes. If I have time, take 12-15 minutes. Want to know what I write in my journal? 3. 1 minute squats: Look up Youtube on how to do a squat properly. When you feel helpless about something , go to a quiet spot where you can be alone. Set a one minute timer and do squats. This increases the blood circulation in your body, get your heartbeats high, and it will give you a surge of adrenaline. Repeat as needed. 

 4.Two minute Doodling: Keep a set of Camlin brush pens in your desk. If you like colouring keep an adult colouring book. Or keep a pocket journal. When you feel like you need to relax, pick up the brush pens and doodle. You can make flowers, or little clouds, or even simple hearts. You will be surprised at how this short creative activity gives your brain a much needed break, and how good it makes you feel.

 5. Five minute Reading : Keep a fun and an interesting fiction book, which engrosses you in the story. Set a timer for five minutes (or even three minutes if you do not have the time). Silence your phone and read! It has to be a book that makes you interested in the characters and the world. Reading is a great stress buster. No.6 pinned in comments
