TRI've been to Canada's largest foodservice and hospitality event multiple times, but the 81st RC Show is something special. Held in Mississauga for the first time ever, it brought over 1,300 exhibitors and 27,000 industry professionals to The International Centre.
It really proves why Canada's sixth-largest city is a premier host destination. This year's theme is "Into the Beyond," and it's all about shedding outdated practices and embracing reinvention.
I partnered with @VisitMississauga to be their @RestaurantsCanada Show correspondent. While exploring the massive 500,000 sq. ft. exhibition space, I hit the floor to ask industry professionals and foodie friends what they love most about Mississauga and its food scene.

The most prominent answer is the food and Mississauga's immense diversity being home to over 2,000 local restaurants representing cuisines from more than 150 countries!
