But not always in the way we expect. Because real therapy doesn’t just soothe you. It shows you patterns you didn’t notice. It questions beliefs you’ve been carrying for years. It makes you pause and ask “Is this actually true… or just familiar?” Approaches like REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) focus on this. They don’t just sit with emotions.
