Recipe 👇 Boil 1.25 cups mini soya chunks with salt + 1 tsp ginger garlic paste for 5–6 mins. Drain and squeeze really well. Paranthe Wali Gali With Nirali Here’s a tasty Dhaniya (Coriander) Cheese Paratha recipe – soft inside, crispy outside, and full of flavor 🌿🧀 📝 Ingredients (Makes 3–4 parathas) For Dough: 2 cups whole wheat flour (atta) ½ tsp salt Water (as needed) 1 tsp oil (optional) For Filling: 1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or processed cheese) ½ cup finely chopped fresh dhaniya (coriander leaves) 1 green chilli (finely chopped, optional) ¼ tsp black pepper ¼ tsp red chilli flakes (optional) Salt to taste (very little, cheese is salty) For Cooking: Ghee or oil 👩‍🍳 Method 1️⃣ Prepare Dough Mix atta and salt. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest for 15–20 minutes. 2️⃣ Prepare Filling In a bowl, mix grated cheese, chopped dhaniya, green chilli, pepper, chilli flakes, and a pinch of salt. Keep aside. 3️⃣ Stuff & Roll Divide dough into equal balls. Roll one ball slightly. Roll another ball in the same way. Place 2–3 tbsp filling in center. Flatten it. Put another roti on it and bring the edges together and seal. Cut into thick strips and roll each one as shown. Flatten it and now roll into a paratha. 4️⃣ Cook Heat tawa on medium flame. Place paratha and cook until light brown spots appear. Apply ghee/oil and cook both sides until golden and crispy. #homechef #recipereels #recipeideas #breakfast

Chop the tomatoes and place in a pan with oil. Add garlic. Cover and cook until tomatoes leave their skin. 2. Remove the skin and place everything in a motor pestle. Start mashing. 3. Add onions Corainder chillies mint leaves and the spices. Mash again. 4. Mix well and your tomato pudina chutney is ready. Niru tips: 1. Making this chutney in a motor pestle brings out the best flavors. 2.
