🍌 These banana brownies are the perfect sweet treat 🍫🤍 A healthy brownie recipe made with simple ingredients, no flour, and naturally sweetened with ripe bananas. (I doubled the recipe below)* INGREDIENTS: 3 ripe bananas ½ cup cocoa powder ½ cup peanut butter (@simpletruth4u ) ¼–⅓ cup dark chocolate chips ¼ cup chopped walnuts INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper. Mash the bananas in a bowl until completely smooth. The smoother the bananas, the better the brownie texture will be. Mix in the cocoa powder and peanut butter until fully combined and thick. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour the batter into your lined baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for about 20–25 minutes, or until the brownies are set around the edges and slightly soft in the center. ⭐ IMPORTANT STEP: Let the brownies sit and cool completely before slicing. This allows them to set and firm up into the perfect fudgy brownie texture. If you cut them too early, they will be too soft. Slice, enjoy, and store leftovers in the fridge for an even richer texture. They’re super fudgy, packed with deep chocolate flavor, and one of my favorite ways to use overripe bananas while making a healthier dessert that still feels indulgent. Squeeze the lemon juice through a sieve. 3. In a saucepan, pour the heavy cream, add the sugar and vanilla, and heat until it just comes to a boil. Do not let it boil. 4. Slowly pour in the lemon juice while constantly stirring the mixture. 5. Pour the mixture into the hollow lemon shells and place them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
