9 Rope flow moves for healthier shoulders. I've been flowing for over a year now and my shoulder mobility has gotten a lot better because of it. The momentum & light weight of the rope allows your body to be active in ranges it normally would avoid. Notice how much my body moves with the momentum of the rope to allow for smooth transitions through these movements. This skill is widely underrated. Now rope flow wont fix all your shoulder issues, but from experience with myself and with clients, it is a great tool to help open them up to new ranges for you to work in & strengthen. Terminology in rope flow is different but this skill applies to #jumprope as backwards side swings (✨ here I was learning how to do two swings on each side w/ the rope tangling & wrist placement is everything!) Why on earth would a fitness professional attempt to help physically educate and improve movement for another human being WITHOUT the Rosetta Stone of total body integrated movement? RopeFlow IS DIRECT & IMMEDIATE carryover to Perfectly Balanced Locomotion. The most important functional capacity PERFECTED so the the body’s fascia allows force to flow freely (perfect balance is essential for Force Transmission). With RopeFlow it’s implicitly built in. Don’t make the Mistake of dismissing RopeFlow just because I’m skinny OR if you JUST CANT HELP YOURSELF to hate me BECAUSE I invented the BOSU Ball. Market Forces & Athletic Truth is WHY you will stand stronger than ever WITH Weck the Foundation. There is no “running away” from this Universal Paradigm Shift. Weck discovers and delivers what is one of the ultimate creature comforts — pain free tensional balance throughout your body. (3rd person makes my haters boil over - which is the point. Drilling sequences from @ropeflowmastermind. Unlocking floats (finally!) after 30 min drilling last night paid off. Shout out to @alpaca.flow for tutorials from last year for helping me figure it out. So funny to see how the brain can’t compute new things and reps is the only way out.
