Paramahansa Yogananda ensinava: ao dominar a respiração, o coração silencia… e a mente entra em samadhi, estados tão profundos que se aproximam da frequência da morte, mas como portal.
Samadhi é a "pequena morte" dos yogues. Onde o "eu separado" se dissolve. Onde você toca a eternidade enquanto ainda respira.
No momento da sua partida, Yogananda entrou em mahasamadhi, a grande dissolução final. Consciente. Voluntário. Transcendente.

Yogananda, un maestro espiritual, alcanzó un estado elevado de conciencia y dominio sobre su mente y cuerpo. Transmitía la creencia de que el cuerpo es un recipiente temporal, mientras que el verdadero yo trasciende las limitaciones físicas. Uno de los conceptos centrales en sus enseñanzas era la capacidad de abandonar el cuerpo voluntariamente a través de una práctica llamada Samadhi.
Samadhi denota un estado de meditación profunda caracterizado por una serenidad mental y un sentido de unidad con el cosmos. Yogananda practicaba regularmente esta técnica y, supuestamente, alcanzaba un nivel donde podía abandonar su cuerpo a voluntad, conocido en el ámbito del yoga como “Mahasamadhi”.
El proceso de abandonar el cuerpo requiere control sobre la respiración, la mente y los sentidos. La persona debe calmar la mente y entrar en un estado de pura conciencia, desconectada del cuerpo físico. Este proceso requiere práctica y disciplina constantes, pero alcanzar dicho estado es posible con dedicación y tiempo.
Yogananda enfatizaba que el abandono voluntario del cuerpo no es un intento de escapar del mundo físico, sino más bien una vía para trascenderlo y acceder a una conciencia superior. Representa una conexión con el dominio espiritual y la búsqueda de la iluminación.

ANWhat is Samadhi?
Samadhi, which literally means “to direct together,” is the state in which the yogi perceives the identity of his soul as spirit. It is an experience of divine ecstasy as well as of superconscious perception; the soul perceives the entire universe.
In other words, human consciousness becomes one with cosmic consciousness. The soul realizes that it is much more than the conditioned body.
Christian saints have previously described this experience as “mystical marriage,” in which the soul merges into God and becomes one with Him.
What does Samadhi mean?
Although human consciousness is subject to relativity and dual experience, samadhi is the state in which experience is whole, infinite, and single. It is the eighth and final step on the path of yoga described by Patanjali.
Samadhi may be attained through deep, continuous, and correct meditation. In this state, the three aspects of meditation — meditator, act of meditation, the object of meditation known as God — are finally united. Just as the wave melts into the sea, so too the human soul becomes one with the supreme spirit.

SHSamadhi is the moment consciousness remembers itself.
It is the state where the observer, the act of observing, and the observed dissolve into one single field of awareness.
There is no meditator.
There is only meditation.
There is only the vast silent presence that has always been here.
Samadhi is returning to your original nature, the nature that existed before mind, before form, before even the first sound of creation.
Samadhi is a quantum leap because it does not happen gradually. It is the natural state of the universe.
It happens in a single drop of surrender.
One moment you are a wave struggling with thoughts.
The next moment the wave disappears and only the ocean remains.
This leap happens when all mental movements fall away and the inner sky becomes perfectly still.
In that stillness, something opens.
A door that was always there but covered by noise.
You fall back into yourself.
You fall into silence.
You fall into the cosmic womb.
This silence is not emptiness.
It is fullness. It is the silent radiance of Shiva.
Samadhi is the union of the ascending and descending currents.
Kundalini Shakti rises from the base, longing to meet Shiva in the crown.
Shiva descends as pure consciousness, longing to embrace Shakti.
When they meet, duality shatters.
The two become one.
The masculine sky and the feminine earth merge into one infinite field.
This moment is called Nirvikalp Samadhi.
There is no thought, no identity, no separation, no time.
Only the vast living presence.
The cosmic union.
The original marriage of energy and consciousness.
This is the peak of Yoga.
This is enlightenment.
This is moksha.
This is the final recognition that
you are the universe looking at itself
through the eyes of a being that has now awakened.
