Rating barrier creams (again, because you loved the last one) SAVE & FOLLOW for the best skincare content First of all, I do want to say that the @isntree and the @centellian24_global are great products, just not for barrier repair. Products rated from top left to bottom right: • @jumiso_global – Best of the best for oily skin. Hydrating and soothing without clogging pores or adding excess oil. • @anua_global – Very nice and calming, just not an ultimate favourite for me. • @fillmed_laboratoires – Does the job, nothing incredible and far too expensive for what it is. • @purito_official – Lightweight and lovely for sensitive skin, but not enough if your barrier is truly damaged. • @dr.altheaglobal – Very good overall, but quite comedogenic. • @centellian24_global – Excellent anti-aging cream, but not really a barrier cream (contains retinol). Great otherwise. • @rejuall_official – Best of the group. They truly know how to formulate barrier products. • @physiogel_usa – Great for redness and reactive skin, but too heavy for most skin types. • @avene – Don’t come for me 😅 very good, just not the best on the market. Still the best European drugstore option. • @byoma – Good, but not my favourite (which hurts because I love many of their products). • @larocheposay – Too comedogenic for me. Good, but I don’t get the hype. • @celimax.global – Really good. Thick, comforting, without being overly oily. • @haruharuwonder_official – Very effective, very thick. Almost too much for combo–oily, but great results. • @timeline_skin – Easily top 5 barrier creams of all time. • @isntree – More of a soothing, anti-aging night cream than a true barrier cream. Still very good. • @skinceuticals – Beautiful formulation, thick but not heavy. Love it… just pricey. For all the Kbeauty products you can get them on @yesstyle with my code : GFYS12 — not affiliate or sponsored btw Let me know if you want this by skin type next 👀✨

Ranks skincare brands: which ones are worth it With so many skincare products online, it can be hard to know which ones are actually worth using . Here’s a quick ranking based on ingredients, skin compatibility, and formulation quality. Some products focus on hydration and barrier repair , while others target acne, sensitive skin, or sun protection . The key is choosing products that match your skin concern , not just what is trending online. Let me know what skincare brand or product you want me to review next. I may cover it in the next video.

‼️Important tips: 1️⃣ If you cleansed properly the night before, your skin isn’t “dirty” in the morning. What you’re actually washing off is your natural oils that help protect and balance your skin barrier. 2️⃣ Over-cleansing, especially in colder months or if you have dry/sensitive skin, can lead to: • Tightness • Dehydration lines • Increased oil production • A compromised barrier Instead, try rinsing with lukewarm water or using a hydrating toner with cotton pads in the morning. 3️⃣ Save your proper cleanse for nighttime — when you actually need to remove sunscreen, makeup, and buildup. 4️⃣ If your skin is oily or acne-prone, you can cleanse — just use a cleansing milk. What I did when I got a big, painful cystic acne on my nose. This wasn’t a normal pimple. It was deep, inflamed acne and squeezing it would’ve just caused scars. I went to my GP, got put on antibiotics, waited for a dermatologist, and honestly my acne got worse. For this nose cyst, I used a hydrocolloid bandage (basically a bigger pimple patch) to protect it, stop touching it, and let the inflammation calm down. If you have acne-prone, sensitive skin and deal with cystic acne or deep pimples, this is how I avoid making it worse. #cysticacne #acnejourney #acneproneskin #pimplepatch #skincarejourney

Products rated from top left to bottom right ⬇️ad @axisy_official – Affordable OG K-beauty. Niacinamide + calendula, acne-safe, hydrating and very reliable for PIH @goodmolecules – Straightforward but effective. Ascorbic acid + kojic acid + antioxidants. Great value. @skin1004official – Calming and acne-safe, but results are underwhelming and massively overhyped. @alliesofskin – Expensive but powerful. TXA + licorice + alpha-arbutin = great for stubborn pigmentation and melasma. @rejuall_official – Top tier. Retinol + TXA + niacinamide + antioxidants. Visible results with minimal irritation (night use only). @lorealparis – Interesting Melasyl technology, decent results, but alcohol smell and texture lower the experience. @celimax.global – Underrated gem. Clean, hydrating, very well balanced. Not ideal for very acne-sensitive skin. @caudalie – Extremely hydrating and elegant. Perfect for dry or sensitive skin. Different tech, very underestimated. @numbuzin_global – Strong brightening blend, but comedogenic. Not for acne-prone skin. @larocheposay – More effective than Bright Reveal, but less sensitive-skin friendly and smells strongly of alcohol. @dr.altheaglobal – Solid and affordable, but mid-tier and not a complete pigmentation solution. @anua_global one of my all time favourite but can cause slight irritation @beautyofjoseon_official – Good for inflammation and mild PIH, but not for deep or stubborn pigmentation. @skinceuticals – Elite antioxidant serum, but not a complete dark spot treatment on its own. @jumiso_global Vitamin C – Beginner-friendly, but comedogenic and not strong enough for real pigmentation work. @medicube_global_official – Powerful and underrated. Works well, but can irritate sensitive skin. 📊 Important: Dark spots are not treated with ONE ingredient. You need to target melanin production, transfer, and skin renewal. My go-to sunscreen this summer!☀️ After that one sunscreen that left me ghost white (and sometimes low-key purple 😭), I was DONE experimenting. But then I tried Dr. Althea Aqua Glowing Sunscreen… and let’s just say, my skin has officially healed — emotionally and physically. This is a chemical sunscreen with SPF50+ PA++++, which means high-level broad spectrum protection against both UVA (aging) and UVB (burning) rays. But what really sold me? The skincare-first formula. 💧Bambusa Vulgaris (Bamboo) Water – helps support skin restoration and keeps the complexion looking fresh and healthy. 🌊Caulerpa Lentillifera (Sea Grape) Extract – packed with minerals to deeply hydrate and smooth the skin. 🧬Vegan Seaweed-Derived PDRN – helps accelerate skin barrier repair and boosts overall resilience. 🫶Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5) – soothes irritation and locks in moisture, especially if you have sensitive or dry skin like me. The texture? Lightweight cream that blends in effortlessly. No white cast. No grey tone. No sticky finish. Just hydrated, glowy, protected skin that actually looks like skin. Dermatologist-tested. Vegan-certified. Makeup-friendly. Sensitive-skin approved. If your sunscreen trauma is still unresolved… this might be your redemption arc. 🌿✨ Comment “finally” or “link” for the 🔗!🫶🏻 [Korean sunscreen, chemical sunscreen for sensitive skin, no white cast sunscreen, sunscreen for dry skin, hydrating SPF50 PA++++, bamboo water skincare, panthenol for skin barrier, vegan sunscreen, lightweight sunscreen under makeup, glowy sunscreen for winter, sunscreen that doesn’t pill, Korean skincare routine, sunscreen for brown skin no grey cast, barrier repairing skincare, everyday facial sunscreen] #hybridsunscreen#koreanskincare#glowsunscreen

✨MY ACNE JOURNEY ✨ ⏬ I was using “acne-fighting” products, following every trend, and copying viral routines… and still breaking out. Even after trying harsh cleansers, DIY masks, and expensive treatments, I kept dealing with painful pimples, irritation, and scars. Until I realized something that shocked me: I wasn’t healing my skin—I was slowly destroying it. One day, while researching ingredients and barrier repair, I came across real skincare education that explained why my skin was constantly inflamed. I learned that my damaged barrier and hormonal imbalance were the real problem. With nothing left to lose, I decided to change everything. Before, I struggled to get clear skin because of over-exfoliating, product hopping, and ignoring my hormones. I had no idea how to truly care for sensitive, acne-prone skin. So I followed a simple healing routine: First, I simplified everything and stopped attacking my skin. Then, I focused on deep hydration and barrier repair. Lastly, I stayed consistent and learned my personal triggers. Months later, my skin became calmer, stronger, and more balanced. Breakouts stopped controlling my confidence, and I finally felt proud of my reflection. Sometimes, the problem isn’t your skin. It’s the way you’ve been taught to treat it. 🤍✨ Now, my mission is to help girls who feel stuck with acne and sensitive skin feel confident, informed, and supported. 🤍✨ Follow me for more skincare tips and advice to clear your skin ! ✨💕 Comment “ Acne “ If you need help with your skin #skinbyzosia #skincare #london #unitedkingdom #acne
