🏠 At-Home Reflex Integration Activities (No Equipment Needed!) Reflex integration doesn’t always require special tools or clinic setups. With the right guidance, simple movements at home can help support a child’s body awareness, balance, coordination, attention, and emotional regulation. At Bright Beginnings – Early Intervention & Therapy Centre, we guide parents with safe, structured, and play-based reflex integration activities that can be easily practiced at home to support therapy goals and daily functioning. Small daily efforts can lead to meaningful developmental progress 🌱✨ ⸻ 🧠 These activities support: ✔ Body awareness & postural control ✔ Motor planning & coordination ✔ Sensory regulation ✔ Attention & learning readiness ✔ Functional independence ⸻ 🌱 Our Services: • Early Intervention • Occupational Therapy (OT) • Reflex Integration Therapy • Sensory Integration Therapy • Speech Therapy • Special Education • Parent Training & Home Programs ⸻ 📍 Bright Beginnings – Early Intervention & Therapy Centre Gali No. 8, Model Town, Near Shri Rama Bharti Play School, Bahadurgarh, Haryana – 124507 📞 Contact: +91 90349 21695 +91 83077 16825 📧 brightbeginnings.bgarh@gmail.com ⸻ 🔖 Hashtags #BrightBeginnings #ReflexIntegration #AtHomeTherapy #OccupationalTherapy #EarlyIntervention #SensoryIntegration #PrimitiveReflexes #AutismSupport #ChildDevelopment #ParentGuidance #TherapyAtHome #EveryChildMatters 🧠🌱

Only fellow autism mom or any other mom who is raising a special needs child can truly truly relate and understand what I mean. The hard work we are putting every day so our children can keep up with the “normal” life events. 🧠 What was fundamental for us and what help to the point people start asking “What are you doing? We noticed so many positive changes in Hakeem” was the work with primitive reflexes and sensory integration. I start seeing changes pretty soon. And no, we don’t change the diet right away. This actually happened almost a year later. We haven’t run the labs yet, but stated slow but consistent daily movements every single day. • Discipline • Motivation • Believing in my child and myself • Hope • Knowing that if nothing changes - nothing changes I saw small but noticeable for me only changes and I knew I was on the right track. I just need to keep going with the same hope and optimism. Quitting was absolutely not noticeable for me. Drowning the outside noise and prioritizing our goals with my son. #autism #autismroadmap #autismmom #reflexintegration #primitivereflexintegration

Watch closely as the sphenoid is gently “swept” — a subtle, specific cranial adjustment that can help release tension patterns and support better neurological balance in a child. When this bone begins to move more freely, we often observe brighter eye engagement, softer facial tone, and improved visual connection, like watching a butterfly open its wings. These are beautiful, soft neurological signs that coordination and communication between brain and body are improving. Light, precise cranial work aims to support healthy blood flow, nerve signaling, and sensory integration, naturally and drug-free, by working with the body’s own inborn intelligence. Ever noticed your child humming softly, flapping their hands near their eyes, or rocking back and forth? These repetitive movements or sounds are called stimming — short for self-stimulatory behavior. It’s a natural way for children (especially those with Autism or sensory processing differences) to help their brains feel calm, focused, or regulated. In other words, it’s how they manage big emotions or overwhelming sensations. Here are a few common types of stimming: 🎵 Auditory stimming: humming, repeating words, or making rhythmic sounds 👀 Visual stimming: staring at lights, spinning objects, or flapping hands near the eyes ⚖️ Vestibular stimming: rocking, jumping, or spinning to feel movement 👃🍽️ Olfactory & gustatory stimming: sniffing, licking, or chewing non-food objects While stimming is often misunderstood, it’s an important sensory and emotional regulation tool. The goal of therapy isn’t to stop stimming — it’s to understand why it happens and support your child in finding safe, functional ways to self-regulate. 💙 At Continua kids, we focus on sensory integration, emotional regulation, and communication, helping every child feel safe, understood, and confident in their own body. 🌈 📍 Ludhiana, Jalandhar 📞 +91 8800471964 | +91 8800045778

The ultimate sensory integration challenge for kids who love to move! 👋 No hands. No feet. Eyes on target — and the body follows, using input from the vestibular, proprioceptive, and visual systems. This is the ultimate challenge for the mind and body, making it perfect for kids who have a hard time slowing down. It delivers just the right amount of stimulation and challenge for sensory seekers who crave lots of input! 💥 The result? A better regulated mind and body! 👏✅ #sensoryplay #therapyideas #occupationaltherapy #visualmotor #sensoryseeker

___________ Classes at the LEVCHYK SPECTRUM HUB aim to develop the necessary skills for the integrating children on the spectrum into society. Thanks to an individualized approach the lion cubs learn the skills needed for everyday life in playful form. Children with ASD often don’t feel their bodies and sensory abilities. In sensory integration classes, they learn to keep their balance, take a step up or down, carry something in their hands, and learn specific characteristics of the objects’ conditions, for example, wet and dry, big and small, etc., and different smells, shapes, textures and temperatures. They learn to feel this world and everything in it in various forms. We thank everyone who supports the Hub and our lion cubs, especially our regular patron Vadym Stolar!

🍺☕️🏆🥤🍶🍵🛁🧉 we all have 8 sensory cups! When those cups aren’t balanced, we’re dysregulated. This is why your child might seek movement, avoid noise, chew on their pencil, avoid messy play, or have a hard time regulating. They aren’t “misbehaving,” they’re doing their best while learning to regulate their nervous system. This analogy isn’t mine, but it’s one I love using with families I work with to explain sensory processing and self-regulation. If this was helpful, drop a comment or send it to a friend 💛 And if you watched the whole thing, I appreciate you so much!! sensory processing | sensory cups | dysregulation | nervous system | sensory integration | pediatric occupational therapy | OT for kids | sensory seeking | sensory avoidance | child behavior | emotional regulation | parent education

So many of our primitive reflexes live in the brainstem — the most foundational part of the brain responsible for survival, regulation, and early motor patterns. The rooting reflex is one of those early reflexes. It helps babies turn toward touch on the cheek to find nourishment. But when this reflex doesn’t fully integrate, it can continue to impact speech, feeding, and sensory integration well beyond infancy. We used medical-grade red and near-infrared light over the brainstem to support cellular energy (ATP production), oxygenation, and healthy nervous system regulation. When the brainstem has the energy and regulation it needs — and inflammation is reduced — reflex pathways are better able to mature and integrate. The vibration to the cheeks provides specific sensory input to the trigeminal nerve pathway, helping the nervous system integrate the rooting reflex. When we strengthen the foundation, higher-level skills can build more easily. ⚠️Signs a retained Rooting Reflex may be present: • Speech articulation challenges • Feeding sensitivities or picky eating • Discomfort with touch on the cheeks or face • Drooling or open-mouth posture • Difficulty with oral motor coordination ✨If you’re wondering whether low level laser therapy or reflex integration could support your child, DM us to learn more about our occupational therapy services & our NeuroConnect Intensives. #neuroadaptivetherapy #reflexintegration #primitivereflexes #neurodevelopment #sensoryprocessing
