MAToday I finally had the pleasure of meeting the queen herself, Martha of Show Them Movement @showdemmovement . 🙌🏾✨
Sis has a whole program, and when I tell you she does everything—she does it with grace, passion, and joy. One of my favorite quotes is, “It takes many years to become an overnight wonder.” That’s Martha all the way. She’s been dancing for years, and now she’s taken that gift and poured it into her double dutch and jump rope—making movement look effortless and FUN. 🪢💃🏾
But what I admire most is that it’s bigger than just skills. Martha gives back to her community, she shares her culture (yes, she cooks y’all 🍲🔥), and she inspires through her story. To see her on stage, competing, performing, and creating a movement—it’s powerful.
Meeting her face-to-face was a moment I’ll never forget. Martha, you are proof that passion + purpose = impact. Keep shining, keep inspiring, keep showing them! 💜
