Microwave tanghulu recipe below‼️ Ingredients: -washed & dried fruit of your choice -1/2 cup granulated sugar -1/4 cup water Directions: -Place the fruit onto skewers. Prepare an ice bath. -In a microwave-safe dish, add the sugar and water but don’t stir! Place into the microwave for 3 minutes… being sure to stop every 30 seconds (still don’t stir!) Once the sugar mixture is lightly golden, stop microwaving (this may need an extra 30 secs-1 minute). -Working quickly, dip the fruit skewers into the melted sugar, coating evenly. Then dip the fruit into the ice bath. The sugar should harden right away. Enjoy immediately! #easyrecipe #tanghulu #microwaverecipe #simplerecipe #fruit

“HEAL ME” TINY PASTA SOUP 🍲 inspired by Italian’s penicillin soup Revisiting this one for my soup season!! This tiny pasta soup is inspired by Italian’s penicillin soup, a classic Italian comfort dish (usually made with stelline and typically called pastina). It’s very simple, gently nourishing and perfect for when you’re feeling a little under the weather 🤧 Ingredients for two: 1L vegetable / chicken stock 1 medium white onion 1 carrot 1 celery stick 5 garlic cloves 100g tiny pasta Optional parmesan Recipe: Add stock to a pan with onion, carrot, celery and garlic. Boil for 15 or so minutes until the veg has softened. In a food processor, blend veg with a good splash of the stock until smooth. Then stir the mixture back into the pan with the stock. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile cook the pasta, drain, and add to bowls. Or cook the pasta straight in the soup! Pour over the soup and finish with extra black pepper, a drizzle of olive oil & a sprinkle of parmesan. A squeeze of lemon juice also works a treat 🍋

This recipe might just change your life CREAMY DIJON CHICKEN & POTATOES - 2 chicken breast - baby potatoes - garlic powder - onion powder - thyme - salt & pepper - 1 shallot - 1 cup chicken broth - 1/4 cup half and half - 2 cloves garlic - 1 tbsp butter - 2 tbsp dijon mustard @greypoupon_us Wash and cut potatoes into half, and season with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder Toss in the airfryer for about 15-20 minutes while you make the chicken Cut chicken breast in half the long way and season both sides with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder Cook in a pan with oil on both sides for 5-6 minutes, then set aside Lower heat and add butter, diced shallot and saute for a few minutes, then add in crushed garlic and cook for 30 seconds Pour in chicken broth, cream, and Dijon mustard and mix Bring sauce to a simmer then add in chicken, sprikle some thyme in, and simmer in the sauce for about 5 minutes Serve chicken and potatoes with some extra sauce on top #simplerecipe #healthyrecipe #dinner #cooking #food

SMASH BURGER CRUNCH WRAPS 🍔 390 CALS 45G PROTEIN Just a super easy, high protein dinner I’ve been lovingggg at the minute. Let’s ignore the burnt onion on my pan :/ Ingredients (serves 2): 130g 3% fat beef mince per wrap 2 high protein wraps 2 slices gherkins 1/2 onion 2 handfuls lettuce 2tbsp burger sauce 4 slices low fat cheese Salt, pepper and paprika Method: - Smash the mince beef into the wrap. Add some slice onion and press into the mince. - Fry the wrap, beef side down, for 3-4 minute, then flip and add the cheese. Cover and cook on low for a further minute. - Remove from the heat. Add gherkins, onions, lettuce and burger sauce and fold. Enjoy!♥️ #healthyrecipeideas #highprotein #simplerecipe #dinnerideas #easyrecipes
